Guns & Football Anti-gun activist John Rosenthal, a mastermind behind façade groups such as Stop Handgun Violence and the American Hunters and Shooters Association, is in the news.
In the Wednesday, August 23rd issue of the Boston Herald, Rosenthal blasts Massachusetts gun maker Smith & Wesson for advertising during New England Patriots football games.
The ads promote gun safety and the company's Web site. Desperate to create any sort of hysteria, Rosenthal huffs, "Football, beer and guns don't mix."
